VectraRide – Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

VectraRide connects passengers with drivers for transportation services. PIT Solutions provides the technology platform but does not operate as a transportation provider. All rides are provided by independent drivers.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Use of the Service

• Passengers must ensure booking details (pickup, destination, time) are accurate.
• Drivers must follow traffic rules, maintain safety standards, and ensure a respectful experience.
• Misuse of the Service, including fraudulent bookings, unlawful activity, or abusive behavior, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• Ride fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable charges (e.g., tolls, surcharges, taxes).
• Payments may be made through digital payment methods integrated into the app or as specified at booking.
• Cancellation terms and any applicable charges will be displayed at the time of booking.
• Drivers may refuse rides if a passenger fails to appear after a reasonable waiting period.

5. Data Privacy

• We collect and process personal and ride-related data (including location, contact details, and ride history) to operate the Service.

6. Ratings & Feedback

• Passengers and drivers may rate each other after rides.
• Reviews must be respectful, accurate, and lawful. Inappropriate reviews may be removed.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks associated with VectraRide are owned by PIT Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or organizational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• PIT Solutions is not responsible for accidents, delays, loss, or damages arising from rides.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fare paid by the passenger for the affected ride.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PIT Solutions, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless against claims or damages resulting from your use of VectraRide in violation of these Terms.

11. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or breach applicable laws.
